Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- USPS Ground Advantage (up to 15.999 oz): typically arrives within 2–5 business days within the United States
- USPS Priority Flat Rate: estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Delivery Issues
Package marked as delivered but can’t find it? Please take the following steps:
- Double-check your tracking info and delivery time.
- Ask household members if they brought in the package.
- Check with neighbors, sometimes deliveries are misrouted.
- Visit your local post office with your tracking number. USPS logs delivery notes (e.g., “left on porch,” “in mailbox”).
- If the package is still missing, you may need to file a police report.
Cairn House Consulting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address when placing your order.
