This refund and returns policy applies to all purchases made through Cairn House Consulting.

Coaching & Service-Based Bookings
All coaching sessions, Voxer Days, Business Building Toolkits, and any future strategy sessions are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to reschedule, please refer to our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, if you cancel in advance and cannot reschedule, you may be eligible for a credit in the form of a one-time-use code equal to your original purchase amount, applicable to a future session or service.

Digital Products & Courses
Due to the nature of digital products and self-paced programs, all sales are final. This includes downloadable resources, templates, mini-courses, and digital tools. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact support@thefaelightgroup.com for assistance.

Physical Products (If Applicable via The Shoppe)
If a physical item is ever offered through The Shoppe and arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return approval.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original condition/packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Digital, printable, and custom orders are not eligible for return
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment

Return Shipping & Refund Process
Return Shipping Costs: If your item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. If an item is returned outside the return window, it will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery costs.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Mailing the item: 1–3 weeks for us to receive the return
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt
  • Bank processing: 2–4 additional weeks for your financial institution to complete the refund
