This rescheduling & cancellation policy applies to all bookings and future service-based offers.
I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your plans. Below is my official policy for rescheduling and cancellations across all coaching services, Voxer sessions, Business Building Toolkit sessions, and future offers.
Your sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you. When a session is canceled or rescheduled without adequate notice, I am unable to offer that time slot to another client on my waitlist. To protect my time and respect my other clients, this cancellation policy applies to all service-based bookings.
Rescheduling Policy (All Services & Booked Sessions)
- You may cancel or reschedule up until 12 PM (noon) Eastern the day before your scheduled session.
- To reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can go over my schedule and see if we can find a time to squeeze you in.
- Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of your session are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If I cannot accommodate a reschedule, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Emergency Situations: If you have a true emergency (medical, family, etc.), please reach out. I will do my best to work with you on rescheduling at my discretion.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy (All Services & Booked Sessions)
- Cancellations made before 12 PM (noon) Eastern the day before will receive a credit for a future session.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Late Reschedule Fee: If you request a reschedule within 12 hours of your session (but before the start time), a $50 rebooking fee may apply.
Spots are limited, so if you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible!
Courses & Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital courses, templates, and self-paced programs, all sales are final.
